Fire detection

The objective of this subsystem is active protection of the building and its residents against fire.

It consists of two fundamental components:

• smoke and temperature detectors,

• direct fire protection network, including all types of water spray projectors (sprinklers or drenchers).

Efficient anti-fire protection can only be secured by means of these two key elements. The most crucial operation of the system is early detection of the seat of fire and the launch of extinguishing devices in the room. Most significantly, the system prevents the fire from propagation to other rooms. In case of strong explosion, it becomes ineffective and gets damaged. However, it is not affected in the rooms where damages were not caused.
